The test a class function not really representative of many classes since it just gives you the base 8 abilities you get after going through the prologue.I don't think there are any winrate stats publicly available, but soulfist is a good class in PvP in my opinion. After you finish tutorial once, all the classes you create next, you can skip tutorial and start at level 10 straight. On top of that, when you skip tutorial, you get into a zone where you test a class with a lot of skills unlocked. An important thing to remember is that gunlancer scales extremely well with engravings, especially blue lancer - since your shield is basically always up (if you have specialization & time your shout right) a lot of the negatives to engravings are basically negligible.
